Dufferin Media Expands With Purchase of Roods Media
Orangeville, ON January 6th, 2021 — Effective January 1st, 2021 Dufferin Media has purchased Rood’s Media and expanded its digital marketing company to now include website & email hosting as well as domain registration. Dufferin Media will be the new home for existing Roods Media hosting clients and Dufferin Media will continue to offer the same exceptional website design, maintenance and hosting services. This acquisition grows Dufferin Media’s website client base and provides Rood’s Media clients with the opportunity to improve their online presence with an assortment of additional digital marketing tools.
Rood’s Media has been proudly serving clients for over 20 years providing website design, hosting and video services. Dufferin Media Owner, Sarah Clarke, and Roods Media Owner, Peter Rood, have collaborated on various projects over the past five years. When Rood decided to sell his business it was a natural decision to choose Dufferin Media to take over his roster of clients. Rood is confident his clients will have a seamless transition and continue to receive a high level of service from Dufferin Media.
